Silver coins Slovakia
Slovak silver euro coins have been enjoying great interest in recent years. This is due to a combination of several factors - from interesting motifs, high-quality execution to investing free funds. Besides investing, coins minted from precious metals are also collector's items. The National Bank of Slovakia has been continuing the tradition of issuing silver coins since its establishment, following the former national bank. Since 1993, many interesting and captivating motifs have appeared on the coins, which today have a much higher value than they were sold for. For example, we can mention the attractive motif with the portrait of General Milan Rastislav Štefánik from 2019, where the price of the coin, which originally cost €30, increased to approximately €120. Another example, and not the last, is the silver 10 euro coin of Jozef Kroner, issued in March 2024, whose issue price was €30 and within a few months its price climbed to nearly three times that. Currently, the National Bank of Slovakia has in its issue plan the issuance of silver 10 euro coins and silver 20 euro coins. An exception was the Silver collector euro coin with a nominal value of 25 euros, which commemorated the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Slovak Republic. Slovak silver 10 and 20 euro coins are certainly an interesting investment alternative.
