Postal Stamps of Aland

Åland (Åland Islands) is an archipelago in the Baltic Sea belonging to Finland. Nevertheless, it is an exclusively Swedish-speaking, autonomous, and demilitarized Finnish province with its own parliament and jurisdiction. Since 1993, the Åland postal administration has been independent. Its postage stamps focus on island scenery and local culture.
