Specification:
Štefan Moyzes (24.10.1797 - 5.7.1869) - a significant figure in Slovak national and cultural life in the second half of the 19th century, bishop of Banská Bystrica, the first chairman of Matica slovenská, and a proponent of the idea of Pan-Slavic mutuality. Through personal intervention with Emperor Franz Joseph I, he contributed to the establishment of the national cultural institution - Matica slovenská in 1863. He focused on the development of national science and education, contributing to the development of the Banská Bystrica and three other Slovak grammar schools. He also significantly influenced Croatian national life. He was a member of the first Croatian provincial government and a pioneer of Croatian journalism.

Obverse:
The obverse features a tree crown and the name Slovak Republic. A double cross is incorporated in the trunk and crown of the tree, with the state emblem depicted under the tree roots.

Reverse:
On the reverse of the coin is the name and surname of Štefan Moyzes, his portrait in a circle, the dates of birth and death, and below is an open book, a symbol of education.
