Specification:
The Slovak National Uprising (SNP) is one of the most important historical events that not only marked the history of Slovakia but also forms an integral part of the European anti-Nazi resistance. The Slovak National Council and the London exile government entrusted Lt. Col. Ján Golian with the preparation of an armed uprising against the clerical regime and the German army. On August 29, 1944, the SNP was declared on his command with the code phrase "Start with the eviction!". Approximately 60,000 soldiers and 12,000 partisans from 35 nations and nationalities worldwide participated in combat operations against the German army. In October, the command was taken over by Div. General Rudolf Viest at a time when the German army began a general offensive. Units under Gen. Viest's command were ordered to switch to guerrilla warfare. The SNP was the culmination of the anti-fascist resistance uniting all domestic and foreign resistance groups. Thanks to the declaration of the SNP, the restored Czechoslovak Republic after the war adhered to the democratic values of the free world.

Obverse:
On the obverse of the collector's euro coin is the building of the SNP Museum in Banská Bystrica. The composition in the lower part of the coin field is complemented by a historical map of the Slovak Republic, marking the insurgent territory with a point marking Banská Bystrica as the heart of the uprising and arrows indicating the direction of military attacks to suppress the uprising. The state emblem of the Slovak Republic is on the left side of the coin field. In the upper part of the coin field is the year 2024, under which in two lines is the name of the state SLOVAKIA and the nominal value 10 EURO. To the right of the SNP Museum building is the mark of the Kremnica Mint, a state enterprise, and the stylized initials of the collector's euro coin author academic sculptor Zbyněk Fojtů ZF.

Reverse:
On the reverse of the collector's euro coin is the emblem of the insurgent air force in the center, complemented on the right side by the LT vz. 38 tank and on the left side by a group scene of mortar men in combat action. In the lower part of the coin field is the insurgent aircraft Avia B.534.217 and above it a fragment of the insurgent armored train. In the upper part of the coin field is the year 1944 and below it in three lines the text SLOVAK NATIONAL UPRISING.
