Specification:
The Slovak National Theatre (SND) has played an important role since its establishment in 1920, which stemmed from the goals of the newly formed first Czechoslovak Republic. Constructing the first stable professional theatre was a challenging process, as there was a noticeable lack of Slovak professional artists, as well as an unclear cultural-social intention that the SND was supposed to fulfill. During the first years, performances were mostly held in Czech, with the arrival of the first Slovak actors, the number of drama performances in the Slovak language increased. Performances have been held since the beginning of the SND's existence in the building of the City Theatre from 1886 (today's Historical Building of the SND), designed by prominent Viennese architects Ferdinand Fellner Jr. and Hermann Helmer. The domestication of Slovak theatre on the originally German-Hungarian scene was a long-term process that reflected regime changes affecting the exchange of performers and the composition of the audience.

Obverse:
On the obverse of the collector's euro coin is depicted the historical building of the Slovak National Theatre. In the lower part of the coin field is the state emblem of the Slovak Republic, compositionally set in the middle of the year "2020". The name of the state "SLOVAKIA" is inscribed along the upper edge of the collector's euro coin. To the left of the year is the mark of the Kremnica Mint, a state enterprise, consisting of the abbreviation "MK" placed between two dies, and to the right of the year are the stylized initials of the author of the collector's euro coin Mgr. art. Peter Valach "PV".

Reverse:
On the reverse of the collector's euro coin is depicted the logo of the Slovak National Theatre, which is separated from the rest of the coin field by framing and in the lower part supplemented by two theatrical masks. Above the logo is the denomination "10 EURO" in two lines. The year "1920" is divided in the middle by the logo. At the edge of the coin are the inscriptions "SLOVAK NATIONAL THEATRE" and "100TH ANNIVERSARY OF ESTABLISHMENT", which are separated by a graphic mark.
